No idea what this one is. I think it's too small to be a daddy long legs? Also, can I put my hand/finger out towards it and let it crawl on me or will it bite me?, and how dangerous is it?

Certainly Pholsidae family, often called daddy long leg spiders.
Although they are capable of biting, their venom is too mild for most to even notice.
Usually they dwell in webs where you can leave them be. They can be freely handled but use care as their legs can easily break. I have handled countless cellar spiders and if I were ever bitten, I never noticed.
