I think this one is a Yellow Sac Spider. When I look them up, I get varying answers on how dangerous they are. Also, can I put my hand/finger out towards it and let it crawl on me or will it bite me?

Yes, a long legged sac spider. Ones I have just don’t like to be handled and dart away or jump off hand. They can bite, especially if trapped against skin, but their venom is mild and rarely more than a brief sting.
