Found outside under weathered and soggy cardboard. I believe this is a Blacklace weaver. Just curious if it is. Also it appears that it is carrying egg sacks.

You got the family right. the ‘eggs’ are likely water droplets. their waxy exoskeletondoesn’t bond to water.
