Praying this isn't a brown recluse. It doesn't seem to have the correct eye pattern though. They do seem to like small spaces. I've found quite a few of these in my home over the last few years. It was initially crawling on the wall near the ceiling, dropped instantly as I tried to spray it (sorry to any spider lovers on here) and then hung out in a guarded position in the corner but definitely still alive, until I couldn't deal with its presence anymore.
